Lowell was gentlemen's GENTLEMAN ! At the most desperate time of my life. Lowell offered me the Start-up Engineer's job that I enjoyed till my retirement from Boston Edison. Lowell had the talent and in depth knowledge of the utility industry. But most of all he had the high esteem of his employees. May God bless Lowell's soul abundantly for all the kindness Lowell showed in this world.

Lowell was such a wonderful host when we visited Boston to meet him and Joanie a few months before Andrew and my daughter Marguerite were married in 2007. We treasure every minute of our visit, and think the world of him and Joanie and Andrew. We send our condolences to his family, knowing that his beautiful spirit lives on in all of you.
