To the Brady family - I am so sorry about Steve's passing. Belinda and I met him the first weekend we moved here 14 years ago and we have been friends ever since. He was a lot of fun to be around and didn't put on airs. We shared a lot of the same interests and he will be missed by his South Shore buddies.

My sincere sympathies to all of Steve's family. I met Steve in the late 80's when he was living with my sister Rosemary Harvey and Blair Carter in Halifax. We enjoyed many good times together, especially a trip we all made to Boston to visit Steve, in the early 90's, that we still reminisce about to this day. He was such a kind and friendly guy. To the Brady family- I had the very good fortune of meeting Steve nearly twenty years ago. When we met, I almost instantly knew we'd be friends, and I'm sure many others feel the same way. Dear Brady Family, I had the pleasure of being Steve's girlfriend for a year and a half. During that time I came to know a loving, kind man who did a great deal for me. He was sweet, devoted and will always hold a very special place in my heart. I cannot imagine your grief at losing a son, a brother and a cousin at such a young age. I will always celebrate the time of our lives that we shared. I will miss his signature "hey you" when he answered the phone; his bright smile and the kindness that always beamed from his eyes.
