To Mrs. Henley and the girls, I am a senior at Curry and have known Gary since I first started attending. Let me just say that his countless shifts are the reason why all of us are and feel safe in the Curry community. When I heard of the news that he had left this land, I was shocked and saddened. Even though he is gone, he is in the sky not upset but happy to continue being with us as a spirit encouraging us to feel safe about what the next day brings you guys. I end by saying thank you Gary, your line of duty is over and wish there was a medal to give you, R.I.P..

Mrs. Henley and daughters, I have worked in the Curry College Public Safety Department for 22 years. I have worked with Gary for as long as he has been at Curry. I relieved him at dispatch every Tuesday morning and usually on Fridays. We also worked an overlapping shift for a time. We have argued, laughed, talked about about our families, our religion and whatever else came to mind. I really liked him and I miss him already. He was a good person and a valuable member of our department. Things will not be the same without him. Know that you and the girls are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all.

I did not know Gary well but he was always warm and friendly when I saw him. My deepest condolences.

Dear Henley family I'm sorry that Gary had pass away so suddenly. He was a great guy and It was a pleasure working with him these past 8 years on the 7 to 3AM shift I had assisted Gary with the Community Desk workers and he did a fantastic job handling those responsibilities of setting up schedules for the students to work. He was dependable and always show up to work. If we were shorthanded he always would stay to work an extra shift. He was very proud of his Family and his two daughters. Curry College has lost a true ambassador and he will not be forgotten. I will miss you Gary Your Friend Dennis
