We were fortunate to know Billy and have him touch our lives through his dear friend, and our cousin, Charlie. We will remember Billy with much love, laughter and fondness. We are so grateful for the fun times we shared together in Philadelphia and Boston. The beauty and sparkle in his captivating eyes and smile were matched by the generosity and thoughtfulness in his heart and the warmth and humor of his spirit. This is a sad loss. To Billy's Family & Freinds, I wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss, Billy is such a sweet, kind and genuine person, I met Billy through my cousin Dawn Healy, I also was in the same grade as Jackie, who I also have great memories with. I am so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. We worked together at D'Angelos for many years. He had so much energy and always a smile on his face. He could always make me laugh. I hope the many memories you have of Billy console you and give you peace.

I would like to express my most heartfelt condolences’ to the entire McGuinness Family and all who knew Billy. He was a very kind and giving person and will truly be missed. I'm sure his reunion with his mother Dottie was incredible. My love for Billy was unconditional right up until the Bittersweet End~ Words can not describe the loss I am feeling at this time~ Billy was a colorful part of my life.
