So sorry to hear about Mary Lou's passing.... I went to Rosary Academy (1980) with her and she always had a smile on her face. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family....

I was a classmate of Mary Lou's in the School of Social Work at BC, most recently in class with her this summer. I just want you to know how much she loved her family and how often she mentioned her sons and mother in the classes I've had with her. She always lightened the mood and was a joy to sit next to. When I received an email from BC about her passing, I immediately also got emails from other classmates who were so saddened to hear what happened. She was really loved at school! I'll miss her and I am so glad to have known her for the past few years, I'm praying for your family in this difficult time. With sympathy, Anne Young

It is just so hard to believe. Will and Matt you will be in my constant prayers, your mother was a remarkable woman who beamed with such love whenever she spoke of you. She will be missed so much.

To the entire Flynn Family, I am so very sorry about Mary Louise. I grew up on Lexington St. and have many many fond memories with the Flynn family and Mary Louises' famous peanut butter sandwiches out back and just the warm feeling of the Flynn home. To see her accomplishments of the years past doesn't surprise me as she always loved animals (we used to go up to Clarks Pond Farm to see the horses and rode bare back ) and she certainly was always there to help a friend even as we were little. I am so very sorry to hear about Mary Lou's passing. I have the best memories of our childhood together in Waltham. She was the best friend a girl could have. I will cherish the good times hanging out on Woodcliff Drive and Cedar Hill Lane and all the fun we had at BC.
