I met Louise over twenty years ago when she hired me to do some landscaping at her mobile home in Plymouth. Ever since that time she has been one of my best and favorite customers. Actually, she never really felt like a customer to me but more like a good friend or close relative as our relationship progressed. She was a very private lady that kept to herself most of the time and never wanted to ask for help or impose upon anyone. In all of our conversations Louise never had anything bad to say about anyone and usually found the good or positive aspects of most adverse situations. Many of her conversations were about working at Filene’s, but most of the time she brought up fond memories of her family and also her very close friend Claire. Louise was a True “Lady” in every sense of the word. She will surely be missed by all that knew her. May She Rest In Peace. Ron Iovanna
