Condolences to the Family of Elizabeth M. “Liz” (Murnane) Leonard

2020

Liz hired me about a year ago to work per diem at the lab. In that short time she made a big impression on me. She understood my struggles with wanting a career but also having to be at home with my young children. She was a pleasure to work for and will be greatly missed.

Liz you were one of a kind. Strong, compassionate, smart, and no nonsense. You didn’t tolerate BS but could laugh with the best of us. Thanks for being my wing woman in Indiana and for looking out for me when I was a hot mess, ha ha. You will be missed. You left your mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing you. ❤️ My deepest condolences go out to your family and friends.

Liz, I am so proud to call you my dear friend. I will miss all our chats about work, kids, grand kids while we were eating Mighty Subs breakfast sandwiches. You taught me so much, I will miss you and forever remember you. Say hi to Mike. Love you Jo-Anne

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Liz. We always remained friends and shared the same birthday as well as lived on the same street. She and I were born at the same hospital and only a short time apart. A lovely girl. She will be missed. RIP, sweet Liz❤️
