William T. “Bill” Shoener, of Hingham, died peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 2, 2019. He was 90. He was the son of the late William M. and Helen I. (Allingham) Shoener and the brother of the late Robert E. Shoener.
He leaves his sisters, Helen S. Shalit and her late husband Dr. Lawrence of Quincy, Barbara J. Gillis and her late husband Francis of Sandwich. A niece Barbara (Daniel) Kazmierczak of Georgia and nephew William (Linda) Shalit of Boston. Great uncle of Jeanette Kazmierczak of Maryland and Margaret Kazmierczak of New York. He is also survived by his cousin, John (Leslie) Gardner of Concord.
He retired as a crew scheduler from Eastern Airlines.
At the convenience of the family, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
