William P. “Bill” Richardson

 

Richardson, William P. “Bill” of Hanover, passed away with his family by his side on May 22, 2017.

Bill was born in Hull, later moving to Hanover to raise his family with his wife, Shirley of 47 years. William was a Proud U.S. Navy Veteran serving in the the Korean War. Bill frequented the Cannon in Hull and the Bunker Hill Monument in remembrance of that time. He loved country music, trucks and plowing. He was the proud owner of Rich’s South Shore Express, Inc. Trucking Company for many years.

Son of the late William and Pauline Richardson. Devoted husband to Shirley (Dwyer) Richardson. Father of Annette Watts and her husband the late Robert, Denise Borcyckowski and her husband Robert, the late Edward Dubois, James Dubois and his wife Lucille, Michelle Emerson and her husband Al, Sharlene Dubois and her husband Charlie Whipple, Gerald Dubois, Peter Dubois and his wife Lisa, Shirley Cranton and her husband Steven, Kathleen LoPorto and her husband Nick. Brother of the late Barbara Raftery and brother in law of the late John Raftery. Also survived by his children William Richardson, Mary Nugent, and Janet White. Grandfather of  21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
