William C. “Billy Jak” Jakielaszek

Jakielaszek, William C. “Billy Jak” of Weymouth, passed away on May 15, 2018.

Billy Jak was born in Boston to the late Jack and Edna Jakielaszek, later becoming a longtime resident of Weymouth. Billy attended Roslindale High School and Boston Latin School. He worked for many years as a Special Effects Coordinator assisting in many well known feature films. Billy Jak was always a very social man, a storyteller and joker extraordinaire and could easily please a crowd. He was a devoted Patriots season ticket holder since 1977 (Polish Patriots) and a 5th degree blackbelt Karate Instructor of the Zen Bei Butokukai. He was very patriotic and enjoyed traveling with his wife Ann. His family and friends will miss him dearly.

Beloved Husband to Dr. Ann Loudermilk of Weymouth. Devoted brother of Michael and his wife Jane of Stoughton, Marie McHugh and her husband William of Canton and Elayne Donovan of East Falmouth. The beloved brother- in -law of Dan & Kim Loudermilk of Decatur, GA, John & Becky Wyant of St Louis, MO, Mike and LeeAnn Loudermilk of Houston, TX,  Dennis and Karin Loudermilk of Tulsa, OK. He was a positive influence in the lives of many nieces, nephews, students and others.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Albert the Great Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM.
