Virginia A. (LeBrun) “Ginger” Beady, of North Weymouth and Mission Hill, Boston, passed peacefully on September 13, 2023, at the age of 84.

 She was the daughter of Grace (Love) and Francis LeBrun.  She enjoyed playing bingo, boating at the SSYC, trips to Bonaire, Encore and Nantasket Beach.  Spending time with her family was her greatest joy.  While raising her children she also worked at the family dry cleaners.

She was the beloved wife of Donald Beady for 67 years.  Loving mother to Robert Beady and wife Anne, of Weymouth, Richard Beady, of Bonaire, Kathryn Alesse and husband Michael of Groveland, Donna Shea of Andover, John Beady and his wife Sandy, of Weymouth, Brian Beady, of Weymouth.  Grandmother of Meghan and Sarah Beady, Emeley Beady, Michael and Matthew Alesse and his wife Liz, Devyn and Joseph Shea, Kiara Kupris and her husband, Devin, Bradley Beady, Adam Beady and his wife, Gen, Morgan Scully and her husband Brian, Alyssa and Peyton Beady.  Great Grandmother to Giovanni Alesse, Arnold Scully, Ryan, Jeane-nemy Grace and Raylen Beady, and  auntie to many nieces and nephews. Also her much loved dog, Bonnie. She is survived by her sister Nancy Lowe, of Rhode Island, and the late John and George LeBrun.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 5-8 pm at McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, 40 Sea Street, North Weymouth,. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 at St. Jeromes Church, Bridge St., Weymouth, followed by burial in the Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.  

Donations in memory of Ginger may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.  or the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
