Mrs. Theresa E. (Selvitelle) Johnston, of Weymouth, passed away on January 19, 2018.

She was devoted mother of five, and she enjoyed working for the United States Postal Service for many years. She also loved her summer vacations on Newfound Lake, NH. Some of her many gifts were her deep faith and generosity. Her upbeat personality and laugh will be missed by all that knew her.

Wife of Harry Hibbard and the late William T. Johnston. Mother of Diane McClennan and her husband, Robert, of Plymouth, William Johnston and his wife, Elizabeth, of Abington,  Margaret MacLeod of Athol, Neil Johnston and his wife, Holly, of Weymouth, and Mark Johnston and his wife, Kathleen, of Whitman. Sister of Henry Selvitelle of Los Angeles, CA, and the late Benjamin Selvitelle, Lucy Spring, Margaret McLeod, Helen Ryan, and William Selvitelle. Grandmother of Jarod, Corey, Derrek, Erin-Marie, William, Phillip, Marc, Heather, Matt, Dan, Krystal, Jacob, Jen, and Kathleen. Also survived by many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
