Barron, Teresa K. (Hittel) of Plymouth, died suddenly February 10, 2016. 

Teresa adored her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with them as their loving “Nana” and cooking for everyone. She also enjoyed being outdoors gardening, hiking, and snow shoeing. Teresa loved the beach, particularly Buttermilk Bay near her home in Plymouth. She was a happy and cheerful woman who had a great sense of humor and was a friend to everyone. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Beloved wife of 25 years to the late Michael Barron. Loving daughter of Margaret (Griffin) Hittel and the late Robert Hittel. Cherished mother of Luke Barron and his wife Tara of Plymouth, Matthew Barron and his girlfriend Megan Shanahan of Quincy, Tracey Barron and her boyfriend Nick Amos of Longmont, CO, Edward Barron of Longmont, CO, Matthew Costello of Plant City, FL, Scott Costello of Somerville, and Darlene Arcese of Waltham. Loving sister of Arlyce Hansen of Whitman, Al Hansen of Manchester, CT, Leslie Hittel of Easton, Paul Barron of Dorchester, Susan Barron of Randolph, James Barron of Honolulu, and the late Patricia Barron. Devoted Nana of Izabelle and Kylah Amos and Michael Barron. Aunt of Jesse Phelps and his wife Emmy, Josh Hansen, Danielle Barron, and the late Abe Barron. Also survived by many friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 3-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Gregory’s Church, Dorchester, at 10 AM.
