During her time at the bank, she enrolled in the New England Banking Institute at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She proudly earned her associate’s degree in banking, graduating in 1992.

Family was the most important thing to Sylvia. She loved her children and grandchildren above all else, and was always there for them. Her love, selflessness, and example are her legacy that continue through her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by all the lives she touched.
