Stanley M. Miller

MILLER, Stanley M. formerly of Quincy, passed away at the South Shore Hospital on Friday evening October 26, 2018.

Born in Boston in 1954, Stan was the son of the late Abraham and Lillian (Steiman) Miller.  He was a graduate of Milton High School and Wentworth Institute of Technology.  Stan worked for Keith Construction of Canton for many years, as a construction estimator.  Outside of work, he was Stan the Man, host of countless good times with family and friends, a master of the grill and a self-taught wizard in the kitchen, a lifelong paddler and angler, an avid skiier with the Boston Ski Club in his younger days, a demon on the dance floor, and a contented gardener in his vegetable garden.

Stan will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his wife Sheila A. (Ryan) Miller, his daughter Lauren Campbell and her husband Paul, his son Alex Smith and his wife Danielle, and his son Airman Martin Miller, currently serving with the USAF in South Korea.  Stan was the loving Zayde of Anya Rose and Harper June Campbell, son-in-law of Pauline Ryan of Quincy, brother of Adele Miller and her husband Arnold Greenhut of CT, and uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday, October 30th, 2-6 PM, with a memorial service beginning at 5:15 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.
