Yeung, Sau Ying (Hou) of Quincy, died March 16, 2017. 

Sau was an elementary school teacher in Hong Kong for many years. In her earlier years, she worked and sewed for her father’s store.  Sau later immigrated to the United States in 1978 where she became a home maker and worked as a sewer in the garment district.  She was also involved in the foster grandparent program in Boston for many years.  Sau enjoyed gardening and sewing. Her main passion in life was her family and spending time with those she loved.  She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.    

Beloved wife of the late Chi Ping Yeung.  Loving mother of Grace M.Y. Pang of Hong Kong, Michael K.C. Yeung of Braintree, Joshua K.M. Yeung of Braintree and Rachel Y.Y. Gandt of CA.  Devoted grandmother of 5 grandchildren.  Cherished sister of Shuo Sheng Hou of Newton.  Also survived by many caring friends and family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
