Delmonico, Richard P. of Hull, died February 10, 2019.

Beloved husband of 61 years to the late Joan E. Delmonico. Loving father of Janet E. Delmonico of Hull, Richard P. Delmonico Jr. and his wife Mary of Hull, Ronald J. Delmonico and his wife Susan of Whitman, and Joanne Hughes and her husband Michael of Hull. Brother of Robert Delmonico of Hingham, Raymond Delmonico of Hull, Norma Dunn of Norwell, and Marion Delmonico of Rockland. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Richie adored his family, especially his wife, and was always so proud of his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was a sports fanatic, specifically football, and loved to eat. He worked in the family business and then went on to be a landscaper all over Massachusetts, which he took great pride in. Richie cared about everyone else and always put others before himself. He was kind and had unconditional love for those around him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Richie may be made to St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, 208 Samoset Ave., Hull, MA 02045.
