Woodruff II, Ralph E. “Chuck” of Quincy, died July 19, 2017.
Chuck was born in Vermont, later moving to the south shore and was a graduate of Cohasset High School. Chuck was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during Vietnam. He was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed gardening, reading, writing, golfing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Beloved father of Rachel Woodruff of Marshfield and Courtney Woodruff of Norwell. Loving son of Oliver “Woody” Woodruff and Ruth (Stearns) Woodruff. Former husband of Patricia (Hutchins) Woodruff. Proud Grandfather to Hunter and Justin. Brother of Laurie Rose of Scituate, Scott Woodruff of Hull and Dennis Woodruff of Sanford, ME. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held for Chuck at The United First Parish Church, 1306 Hancock St., Quincy, MA 02169 at 10AM on Wednesday July 26, 2017.
