Pearl G. Nichols

Nichols, Pearl G. (Fisher) of Pembroke, died February 8, 2016.

Born and raised in Weymouth, Pearl also lived in Pembroke for 40 years. Pearl worked for many years as an inspector in a machine shop; Massa Products in Hingham. For a number of years, Pearl was active with the Weymouth Boy Scouts. Pearl loved anything to do with cats and adored animals. Pearl’s family was the cornerstone of her life.

Daughter of the late Edward and Ida Fisher. Wife of the late Charles Nichols and the late Herbert Blackwell. Beloved Mother of the late Brian Blackwell of Texas, Dennis Blackwell of Hull and Darryll Blackwelland his wife Debbie of Mashpee. Cherished Grandmother of Mark, Becky, Jason, Sean, Keith and Jessica. Great Grandmother of Ashley, Christopher, Cameron, Dracen, Keegan, Cameron, Mia and Mackenzie. Pearl’s pride and joy was her Great Great Granddaughter Elizabeth. Also survived by many brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 5-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  A Celebration of Life service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday morning at 10 AM, burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
