Paul R. Sparda, of Weymouth, died May 15, 2018.
Paul proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He went on to have a career with the US Postal Service for over 35 years before retiring. He was a funny and friendly man who enjoyed going to the beach, motorcycles and had an appreciation for good food. He will be dearly missed.
Former husband of Elva (Trottier) McGarry. Devoted father of Amanda Sparda of Weymouth and Owen Graves and his wife Jill of Halifax. Loving brother of Edward Sparda of TN and Robert Sparda of ME. Cherished grandfather of Isabella, Gavin and Savannah. Loyal best friend of Walter Conkey of Hingham.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the graveside service in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth on Saturday at 10 AM. A gathering will follow to continue celebrating Paul’s life. Details will be released at the service.
