Porio, Patrick S. “Pat the Rat” of Quincy, formerly East Boston, died December 1, 2017.

Pat loved his family, especially his beloved wife Eleanor. He enjoyed playing cards every Friday night for the last 20 years with friends and taking trips to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, and Twin River while he was still able. He was the owner of Sealy’s Lunch in Brookline and worked the Fisherman’s Feast for over 15 years. Pat was a loyal, dedicated, and generous man. He was honorable and a true friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Beloved husband of 41 years, together for 52 years of Eleanor (LeMay) Porio of Quincy. Father of Andrew Porio of FL and Stephen Porio of TX. Brother of Patricia Porio of Lexington, Kathleen Donato of Everett, and Richard Porio of Medford. Brother in law of Leo LeMay of Quincy, Richard LeMay of Abington, and the late Joseph LeMay of Raynham. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends Rocco Castiglione and Dominic Valente.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
