Patricia Ann (Hanlon) Hood of Weymouth, formerly of Rhode Island and Florida, passed away surrounded by her loving family on November 13, 2018.

She was a Nurse for many years both in Rhode Island and Florida. Patricia always enjoyed the cherished times spent with her family. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Beloved daughter of Shirley Hanlon of Palmetto, FL and the late Joseph Hanlon. Loving mother of Jennifer Gamble and her husband, Greg, of Weymouth and Katie Tucker of Norton. Adored Nana to Lucy Gamble. Sister of Michael Hanlon, Stephen Hanlon, Barbara Roach, and Deborah Hanlon of Rhode Island.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, November 18, at 11 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
