Peggy grew up in South Boston. Her childhood was rich with family traditions which would later become the foundation of all that was truly important to her. She married Francis Kelly and they raised their family in Quincy. Peggy had a strong work ethic and worked for many years for local 26. Both she and her late husband Francis always enjoyed spending winters at their second home in Hobe Sound, Florida. Peggy will be dearly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.
