Gale, Lillian K. (Durante) of Quincy, died April 17, 2018.

Beloved mother of Christine Durante and her significant other Olu Falemu of Weymouth, Jason Durante and his wife Daiane of Quincy and Jennifer Hall and her husband Jim of Whitman.  Loving future grandmother to her first grandchild on the way.  Cherished daughter of the late Gelindo and Lillian Durante.  Devoted sister of Daniel Durante and his wife Lupe of Virginia, Anna MacDougal and her husband John of Randolph, Marie Barry and the late Jack of Whitman and the late William Durante and Connie Durante.  Caring sister in law of Helen Durante.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Lillian graduated from Quincy College.  She had a strong, persistent work ethic.  Lillian worked at Hancock Park as an Alzheimer’s Activity Coordinator and more recently with the Quincy Public Schools as a Paraprofessional.  She has a love for animals, politics and history.  Lillian’s main passion in life was her family and spending time with those she loved.  She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy.
