McCormack, Kevin P. of Quincy, passed on January 30, 2021 with dignity and grace in the company of his beloved family from cancer and it’s complications at Seasons Hospice in Milton, MA.

He was born in Dorchester in May of 1946. Son of Patrick and Mary (Cady) McCormack. Kevin leaves his wife Marsha (Griffin) McCormack, who he was married to for 45 years. He also leaves his loving children Meredith McCormack Pallone and her husband Michael of Medford, Colman Kevin McCormack and his partner Stephanie Forzese of Medford, grandchildren Vivienne and Veronica, brothers Thomas, William, and sister Patricia, all of the South Shore. 

Kevin was a 1964 graduate of BC High and Stonehill College in 1968. For many years, he was the owner and partner of the Exchange Restaurant located on Water St. in Boston. He was later an employee for the State of Massachusetts D.O.T. from where he retired. Kevin and Marsha lived in Quincy for 30 years and enjoyed the company of many friends from South Boston. His family wants to give a special thanks to his close and dear friend Michael J. Donovan of South Boston, Dr. and Mrs. Peter Capodilopo of West Roxbury, Congressman Steven Lynch of South Boston and Leo Martin of Scituate. They would also like to thank the Oncology Department at MGH for their kindness and support he received there, especially Erica and staff, and to the staff of Seasons Hospice. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral Mass will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kevin may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital, Oncology Department, Development Office, 125 Nashua Street, Suite 540, Boston, MA 02114.
