Joseph W. Ford

Ford, Joseph W. of Hull, died November 9, 2017.

Joe was born in Boston to the late Ralph and Ellen Ford. He grew up in South Boston, later moving to Hull. He attended South Boston High School and was a graduate of 1961. Joe worked as an electrician for 20 years and was a truck driver for North Coast Seafoods for 33 years. He was a proud member of the Nantasket Beach Salt Water Club of Hull. Joe had a passion for cars, liked to fish, go boating and most of all spend time with his grandson Owen.

Beloved husband of 33 years to Mary G. (McIntyre) Ford of Hull. Loving father of Kerrie-Anne Bonn and her husband Benjamin of Townsend, Christine Dugas of Marion, Joseph Ford of Halifax, Paul Ford of Halifax and Judith Sevino of Weymouth. Proud Granddad of Owen Daniel Bonn. Brother of the late Ralph Ford. Longtime friend of Frank Fay and Ted DeCroce. A special thanks to the wonderful support of Teddy and Laurel from Hospice of the South Shore and the care given by Norman and Jim Stavis of North Coast Seafoods.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
