John J. “Jack” Conners

Conners, John J. “Jack” of Weymouth, formerly of South Boston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family April 6, 2018 at the age of 89. Jack was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War. After his service in the military, Jack worked for many years at New England Telephone and The Island Queen. He enjoyed all Boston sports and was Ted Williams’ biggest fan.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia (Martin) Conners. Joyfully remembered by his daughters Joan Danubio and husband Eric, Jean Kennedy and husband Sean and Patti Bumpus all of Weymouth, his grandchildren, Dara Nunan and wife Katie, Kerin and Jack Danubio, Corey Fox and wife Patricia, Allison and Laci Bumpus and his newest pride and joy, his great grandchildren, Patrick Nunan, and Adelaide and Lucas Fox.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
