John F. “Jack” Collins

John F. “Jack” Collins, of Quincy, died October 14, 2018.

Jack was a graduate of Cambridge High and Latin School and Harvard, Class of 1953. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. Jack previously owned and operated Collins Supply & Equipment as well as M&M Cleaners in the North End. He was an avid reader and loyal Red Sox and Patriots fan. 

Beloved husband of Linda F. (Murphy) Collins of Quincy. Devoted father of Patricia Antonelli and her husband Joseph of Medford, John M. Collins and his wife Fran of North Reading and the late Lawrence Collins and his widow Linda of Acton. Loving stepfather of Sean Murphy and his wife Bonnie, Heather Murphy and Noreen Murphy. Cherished Grandpa Jack to Samantha, Christina, Alex, Katelin and Matthew Collins, Bryanna, Vanessa and Kevin Murphy. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 10 AM.

Burial in Village Cemetery, Weymouth.
