Grace Aurora (Studer) Gorman, 84, of Hingham passed away peacefully on June 30, 2018.

Grace was the wife of the late Jim Gorman, and is survived by her daughter Christine and her son-in-law David Roy of Milford and her son Hugh Gorman and daughter-in-law Mary Ellen of Hingham along with six grand-children and three great grandchildren.

Grace loved to sing and as a teenager, often sang live on WJDA in Quincy under the moniker “Gracie”. She was a long-time member of the choir at Resurrection Parish in Hingham where she made many lifetime friends and memories.

Grace was happiest when she was with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to visit and babysit and attended as many of their school, sports, dance and concert events as she could. She loved celebrating Halloween, Christmas, Easter and the Fourth of July with them. There was no more dedicated grandmother in the World then “Nannie”.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 5-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at the Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10 AM. Burial in High Street Cemetery, Hingham. In lieu of flowers, donations in Grace’s honor/memory may be made to: Norwell Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
