Adams, Frances D. (Shea) of S. Weymouth, formerly of South Boston, born August 20, 1922 entered into eternal rest July 14, 2016.
Fran was a Graduate of Boston College Nursing, Class of 1950 and also attended M.I.T. Fran proudly served her country in the US Navy during WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War, retiring from the Navy June 30, 1972 as a LT. Commander.
Beloved wife of the late Eldon S. Adams. Loving sister of Claire Bach of Milton and her late husband Leon, Richard Shea and his wife Joan of Weymouth and the late Kathleen Regan and her husband Eugene. Dear aunt of Susan Bach of Milton. Devoted daughter of the late John and Kathleen (Cassidy) Shea.
Fran was a member of the Greatest Generation; Hardworking, independent, frugal, generous to others, and devoted to her family. She will be dearly missed.
