Mrs. Frances “Beth” (MacLeod) Malvesti, of Weymouth, passed away on November 4, 2022. She was 70.

Born in Savannah, GA, a daughter of the late Paul and Jeanne (Lucree) MacLeod, Beth has lived in Weymouth for many years. Beth was a 1970 graduate of Weymouth High School and also Quincy City Hospital School of Nursing.

She was a proud and dedicated Registered Nurse for 40 years in the maternity ward at the former Quincy City Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoyed camping with her family, sewing and coupons. She will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Beloved wife of 32 years to William “Bill” Malvesti of Weymouth.

Loving mother of Michael Malvesti, WPD and his wife, Carly, of Abington. Sister of  Alyson Turner and her husband,  Charles, of Weymouth, Lyn Moore and her husband, Scott, of Rockland, Scott MacLeod of Weymouth, and Lois MacLeod of Idaho. Aunt of Sara, Melissa, Sherry, Chris, and many other  nieces and nephews. Beth was also very well known for her generous and giving spirit.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).

Funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
