Forrest M. Hamner

Forrest M. “Frank Stubby” Hamner, of Weymouth, died April 19, 2017. Frank proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. He retired from the Teamsters after over 20 years as a truck mechanic. Frank was a lifetime member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Ghost Chapter 19-3 in New York. He will be remembered for his fun loving nature, love for dogs and zest for life. 

Beloved husband of the late Domenica “May” Hamner. Devoted father of Joseph Hamner and his canine companion Lil Stomp of Marshfield and Domenica “Nancy” N. Hamner of Weymouth. Cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Loving brother of the late Bill, George, Frances and Florence. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).

Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 AM.

Burial in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.
