Eugene Paul “Bim” Campbell

Eugene Paul Campbell, affectionately known as Bim & Soupy, of Weymouth, died January 13, 2018.

Soupy served as a Weymouth Firefighter for 29 years, retiring in 2014 as a lieutenant. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and was skilled at woodworking. Bim was an avid New England sports fan and member of both the United Masonic Lodge and BFGH club in Weymouth. He will be dearly missed.

Beloved husband of Maureen R. Joyce-Campbell of Weymouth. Devoted father of Patrick W. Campbell and his wife Caroline of Methuen and Theresa A. Campbell Achille and her husband Michael of Plymouth. Cherished Bumpy of Amelia, Patrick, Jr. and Elliott. Loving brother of the late George P. Campbell. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM.
