Steele, Deborah L. of Quincy, passed peacefully after a long illness on November 13, 2017 at the age of 60.

Born in Boston, she earned her Masters Degree from UMass Boston.  Debbie taught at Quincy College for 10 years.

Loving daughter of Beverly Desmond of Peabody and the late Gregory Desmond.  Devoted mother of Ian W. Sinclair of Quincy, Gregory J. Sinclair of NC and Carolyn Bassett of NC.  Grandmother of Gregory, Cherilyn, Audrey, Violet, Danny, Gabriel and Shelby.  Cherished sister of Charles Freeman of ME, Mary Connors of AL, Jean Michon of FL, James Freeman of Peabody and Jack Freeman.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 1 PM in Wollaston Church of the Nazarene, Quincy. Cremation will follow.
