Cadigan, Claire L. (Crisp) of Hingham, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2017.

Claire worked for New England Telephone for many years and was a proud Army wife. She spent time traveling throughout Southeast Asia and Europe. She belonged to many organizations including: Ordo Sancti Constantini Magni, The Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States (MOLLUS) and Dames of The Loyal Legion and many other benevolent charitable and historical organizations. Claire will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beloved wife of the late Col Francis C. Cadigan, MD (US Army Retired) MPH, AHHC, OCM, MOLLUS, SUV, MHOSLMJ, MHSM, FCC. Mother of Kevin and his wife Deidre Cadigan. Grandmother of Julie and Grace Cadigan. Best friend of June Croke and her husband Buddy for over 70 years. Sister-in-law and aunt of the Cadigan’s of Juneau, Alaska.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 8:30-9:30 AM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10AM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claire may be made to Catholic Charities, 51 Sleeper Street, Boston, MA 02210.
