Keohane Funeral Home

Charlotte J.(Sullivan) Veazie, of Fort Myers formerly of South Weymouth died July 20,2015, at the age of 87.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Harriott Sullivan. Beloved wife of the late William A Veazie.  Devoted mother of William A Veazie Jr and his wife Judith of Whitman, Nancy A Ballard and her husband Greg of Fort Myers Fl, Paul M Veazie and his wife Kimberly of South Weymouth and Karl E Veazie and his wife Patti of Halifax. Loving sister of the late Francis, Daniel and Marie Sullivan. Sister in-law of Lorraine Long of Holbrook. Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. 

In her early years, she was an active member of Saint Francis Xavier Ladies Sodality,  President of the VFW ladies auxillary, and taught handicap children to swim. Charlotte graduated Abington High and Brockton Business College.  She worked as a secretary for a Harvard Professor of Archeology and Mass Business of Braintree. She enjoyed ceramics, fishing , golfing and swimming with her husband. She will be dearly missed. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Monday, August 3, from 10-11 AM  in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital), followed by her funeral service at 11 AM. 

Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
