Carolyn E. (Gardner) Flynn of Weymouth, died April 27, 2016.
Carolyn grew up in New Bedford and has lived in Weymouth for over 45 years. She had a love for reading and worked as a librarian for many years for the Quincy Public Library system, primarily at the Wollaston Branch. Carolyn enjoyed collecting many things over the years including antiques, memorabilia and especially children’s books.
Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Flynn. Devoted mother of Robert P. Flynn, Jr. and his wife Laura of Falmouth, Andrew Flynn and his companion Rossini Bertrand of NY, David Flynn and his wife Lynn of Weymouth and Nancy White and her husband Victor of Brockton. Loving sister of the late Robert H. Gardner. Cherished Grandma of 7 grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at the Fairmount Cemetery, East Weymouth, on Saturday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
