C. Robert “Bob” Keohane

Keohane, C. Robert “Bob” of Lakeville, died December 18, 2017.

Bob was the third generation Keohane to be born in Quincy.  One of seven kids, his youth was full of mischief, mayhem, and mirth.  A graduate of North Quincy High School, excelling in hockey and football, and later attended Boston College.  Bob then served his country proudly as a paratrooper, U.S. Army 82nd Airborne, 3rd Battalion of the 325th Infantry.  His experience in construction management led him to many opportunities throughout the United States and Middle East.  His main love has always been to God, country and his adoring family.  We are all better to have known Bob, may he rest in peace.

Beloved husband to Karen Keohane (O’Brien) of Lakeville. Cherished father to Stephen Keohane and his wife Beth of N. Easton, Neal Keohane and his wife Xing of Arlington, VA, and Terry Pimental of Clinton, ME. Caring brother to Marie Barry and her husband Fran of Wareham, Sheila Lotti of Carver, Paul Keohane, Edward Keohane and his wife Joan of Quincy, Kathleen Noel of Cumerland, ME, and the late Elizabeth McGowan. Loving grandfather to T.J. and Bo Pimental, Alex and Josh Hinchcliffe and Connor Keohane.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:45 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 11:30 AM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 10 AM.
