She was the loving wife of the late Michael F. Joyce and the caring mother of Michael and Kathy Joyce of Milton, Patrick and Deb Joyce of Marshfield, Barbara A. Joyce and her partner Frank Rogier of Hanover and Anthony and Bridget Joyce of Weymouth. Grandmother of Sarah Powers, Sean Joyce, Anthoney Joyce, Joseph Joyce, John Mac Farland and Donald Mac Farland. Great Grandmother of Kennedi Joyce, Layla Cunniff, Michael Mac Farland and John Mac Farland Jr.

Sister of Margaret Concannon of Ireland, Agnes Larkin of England, Nora Joyce of Quincy, Patrick Cloonan of Chicago, IL, Martin Cloonan of Quincy, and the late Eileen Folan, Coleman Cloonan, Bridget Cawley, Petie Cloonan, Pat and Nellie. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s memory can be made to the Medical Oncology at BID checks made to “Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center” with “Barbara Joyce/Dr. Desai Medical Oncology Fund” in the memo line and mailed to: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Office of Philanthropy, 330 Brookline Ave (OV), Boston, MA 02215.
