Ann T. Stevens

Ann Theresa Stevens, 91, in Quincy on July 1, 2017.

Ann was the loving daughter of Andrew J. and Beatrice (McDonagh) Stevens. She was predeceased by three brothers: Robert, Andrew and Martin Stevens, and a sister, Mary Dunham.

Ann is survived by three sisters: Catherine “Kay” Gaetani of Weymouth, Elizabeth “Betsy” Baker of Plymouth and Patricia “Pat” Pauza of Keystone Heights, FL., and many nieces and nephews. She was BFF with Michelle Coghlan, Suzanne Vliet and Patty Irwin.

Born in Boston, Ann attended Gate of Heaven School in South Boston. She was a former member of the Catholic Order of the Little Sisters of the Poor, N.J.

She was employed for many years at Barons Financial and Grass Instruments where she worked on highly technical medical devices.

Anyone who knew Ann knew she was a kind, generous, loyal and devoted friend. There was never a time when she wasn’t trying to help someone in need. Her faith and belief in God allowed her to live a long life of helping others, enjoying music and art and most of all her family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial visitation on Saturday at 10:30 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 11:30 AM.

Donations in Ann’s memory can be sent to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 186 Highland St., Somerville, MA or to her favorite charities; Smile Train and St. Judes Hospital for Children. Our sincerest gratitude to the staff of John Adams Health Care in Quincy for their kindness and compassion.
