Keegan, Alice E. (Garrity-Wiltshire) of Hingham, formerly of Lexington passed away on November 15, 2017 at the age of 101, surrounded by her family.

Wife of the late Paul Garrity and the late Henry Wiltshire, Sr. Mother of Michele “Mikey” Cusack and her husband Joseph of Osterville, Henry C. Wiltshire, Jr. and his companion Sandy Brophy of Plymouth, Peter P. Wiltshire and his wife Sally of Lancaster, PA, Candace “Candy” Kennedy and her husband Tom of Weymouth, Beth Marcella and her husband John of Hanson formerly of Hingham, Beverly Convery and her late husband Tom of Medford, Dorothy Neely and her husband Jerry of MI and the late William J. Garrity, Sr. and the late Nancy Dawes. Sister of the late Mary McDonnell and William C. Keegan. Alice is also survived by 35 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Alice worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Boston Stock Exchange and then later for Mass Rehabilitation Hospital. She also worked for Jack Conway as a Real Estate Broker. Alice was a talented artist, her specialty was Farberge eggs. In her earlier years Alice was the winner of a beauty contest and received a trophy, which she kept all these years. She was a devoted mother of 9 children whom she cherished. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her strong will and her radiant beauty. Although her children are heartbroken at her loss, they feel fortunate for all the years they had and the blessings she brought into their lives.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 9:15 AM prior to the Funeral Mass on Monday at 10 AM in St. Paul’s Church, 147 North St. Hingham. Burial in High Street Cemetery, Hingham.
