McCloskey, Agnes M. (Cullen) of Quincy, died May 18, 2015.

Family was the central focus of Agnes’ life, especially the love of her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the South Shore Mothers of Twins Club, Catholic Women’s Club and Ladies Sodality.  Agnes was also proud of her Irish heritage.  Sacred Heart Parish was her spiritual home her entire life as she took part in many of the parish activities as well as working in the rectory for 25 years.  She will be remembered for her intelligence, keen sense of humor, and generous nature. 

Beloved wife of the late John J. McCloskey.  Loving mother of Jacquelyn Cronin and her husband Daniel of Lunenburg, Kathleen Maguire and her husband Myles of Braintree, Sheila Burke and her husband Kevin of Medford, Sean McCloskey and his wife Laura of Braintree and Joanne McCloskey of Quincy.  Sister of Frederick P. Cullen, Jr., Elizabeth A. McKeen of Milton and the late Bernard and Edward Cullen.  Nana to John, Michael and Kate Cronin; Brendan, Clare, Liam, and Brian Maguire; Cullen, Keva, and Emma Burke; and Olivia and Jack McCloskey.  Also survived by many well-loved nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 3-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy, Friday at 10:30 AM.  Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
