Smith, William Lambert, 75 of Quincy died Sunday, February 5, 2006 at South Shore Hospital. Beloved father of Christian and his wife Elizabeth Serre of AZ, Valerie Smith, and Adam Smith. Loving brother of M. Kathleen Hamilton of Randolph, R. Jean Boggie of Rockland, and Doris P. Carlin of Hanson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Daniel and Elizabeth Elmes of Quincy, Lynda Scolamiero and Steven Drew of Plymouth. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 – 8 PM. At the family’s request, burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Smith may be made to New England Home for Little Wanderers, 271 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. Mr. Smith was a licensed Psychologist # 115, a licensed School Psychologist, a licensed Allied Mental Health Service Provider, a licensed member of the American Society of Research & Clinical Hypnotists, and a Board Certified & licensed Math teacher. He retired in 1998 as the School Pyscologist for the Town of Canton. Mr. Smith was a well known television guest and radio personality who appeared on WBZ’s Larry Glick Show on many occasions. He also co-wrote and published a book with Mr. Glick entitled “The Power of Hypnosis”. He was an avid reader of fiction and non-fiction alike and loved all sports-especially baseball and football. He was also an amateur magician and greatly enjoyed performing his many magical tricks to any willing audience, especially children. Mr. Smith is survived by 3 children, Christian Serre and his wife, Elizabeth of AZ, a daughter, Valerie Smith and a son Adam Smith, 3 sisters, M. Kathleen Hamilton of Randolph, R. Jean Boggie of Rockland, Doris P. Carlin of Hanson, many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his very close friends, Daniel and Elizabeth Elmes of Quincy, Lynda Scolamiero and Steve Drew of Plymouth.
