William J. Parry, Sr.

Parry, William J., Sr. of Whitman, formerly of Weymouth, died May 18, 2015.

Bill worked for the Boston Globe as a maintenance worker for 38 years until his retirement. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, planting flowers in his garden, a lover of animals and always enjoyed spending time with his grandson. He will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Beloved husband of the late Malvina G. “Mal” (Robinson). Loving father of William J. Parry, Jr of Whitman, and Kimberly A. Tedino and her husband, George, of S. Attleboro. Son of the late Walter H. and Philomena (Depari) Parry. Brother of Daniel Parry of Hingham, and the late Ronald, Edward, and Wayne, Parry. Grandfather of George A. Tedino, IV.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Saturday from 9-10 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital), followed by his Funeral Service at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
