White, William H. of Scituate, formerly of Cohasset and Quincy April 13, 2007. Devoted father of Kathleen White and her husband Jeffrey Morris of Marshfield, Bill White and his wife Pam of VA, Elizabeth and her husband Curtis Pepin of Fairhaven, and Susan and her husband Brian O’Sullivan of Marshfield. Loving brother of Donald J. White of Milton, and twin brother ofGeorge F. White of Quincy. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald Street, Hingham, Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Hull at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 – 8 PM. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Rutland, VT will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of William H. White may be made to The Wilson House, Village Street, East Dorset, VT 05253. William was a twin at birth – four minutes separating him and his brother George in 1929 in Quincy, MA. He attended St. John’s School, Central Jr. High, and graduated from Quincy High School in 1948. William attended Springhill and Boston Colleges. Bill served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict from 1951 – 1954. As a young boy, Bill was a paper carrier for the Patriot Ledger and later worked as a Circulation District Manager, Composing Room Advertising Copy Coordinator. Bill was a participant in the Wellspring in Hull, MA – 15 year consistent volunteer. St. Mary’s of the Assumption Parish in Hull, MA – a daily communicant, Lector and Prayer Group Member. Past volunteer, South Shore Hospital Chaplains Office and Cancer Support Group. A friend of Dr. Bob’s for 26 years. A Red Sox fan and truly loved his trips to Vermont.
