William H. Lucy

Lucy, William H. age 97, of Quincy, September 22, 2005. Husband of the late Mafalda (Spagnoletti) Lucy. Father of Denise Lucy of CA , Donna Barry of Braintree and the late Joseph E. Lucy. Grandfather of Sean R. Barry and Meghan E. Barry both of Braintree. William grew up in Dorchester and spent most of his married life in Quincy. He worked as a machinist for Northeast Airlines for many years, before they were bought out by Delta. He then took a position with Gillette in South Boston where he retired in 1973 after 10 years of service. He was a member of the North Quincy Senior Citizens. More recently he was a resident at the Pope Nursing Home in Weymouth, where he will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-5 PM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of William may be made to the American Heart Association ,20 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
