William "Bill" Conover, Jr., of Quincy, passed away surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness on June 3, 2024.
Bill was the beloved husband of 22 years to Christine M. Conover of Quincy. A loving father, Bill's pride and joy were his three sons, Ryan W. Conover, Sean A. Conover, and Cole P. Conover, all of Quincy. Devoted son to Martha Conover of Lynwood, NJ. In addition to his immediate family, Bill was a dear brother to Debbie Conover of Township, NJ, and Brian Conover of Lynwood, NJ. Also survived by his nephew Jordan, his fiancée Amber, and their daughter Haley, as well as his nephew Joey and his niece Jessica Croll.
A proud alumnus of The University of Florida, Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in 1998, majoring in computer science with a minor in meteorology. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a successful career as a Computer Technician.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill was a man of many interests. An avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, he never missed a game. Bill's love for cooking was well-known, sharing his culinary talents with his family. Bill's fascination with the weather was more than just a hobby; it was a passion that he pursued with the same vigor as his career. His love for the ocean was evident in his joy for surfing, a pastime that brought him peace. Music filled Bill's home, as he was a talented drummer who loved to play and listen to music. His spiritual life was deeply important to him, and he lived his Christian faith with authenticity.
