William “Bill” Semenchuk, Jr.

Mr. William “Bill” Semenchuk, Jr.  of Weymouth, formerly of Charlestown, died suddenly on June 10, 2016.

Born in Somerville, he had lived in Charlestown for many years before moving to Weymouth, Bill was a graduate of Charlestown High School, Class of 1964. Bill worked for many years as an underwriter for the Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers. An avid sports fan, he always enjoyed watching his ball games.

Loving son of the late William Semenchuk, Sr and Fannie (Sammaria) Semenchuk. Brother of Theresa Seer and her husband, Wayne, of Hanson and Gregory P. Semenchuk of Weymouth. Uncle of Robert Seer and his wife, Suzanne, and Dawn April Semenchuk.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10 AM.

Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston.
