Richards, William B. “Bill” of Hingham January 17, 2005. Beloved husband of Eileen (Leary) Richards. Loving father of Christine Richards Roy & her husband Don of Montreal, Bill Richards & his wife Alice of Braintree, John Richards & his wife Angela, Daniel Richards & his wife Maura, all of Hingham, and Gregg Richards & his wife Joanna of Sandwich. Son in law of Marion Leary of Hingham. Brother of Earl Richards of Martha’s Vineyard, Carol Stowell of Marshfield, Eileen Driscoll of ME, Albert Richards of FL, Ralph Richards of Boston, Eva Hughes of South Boston, Marion Kwasniak of FL, Robert Richards of Clinton, Edward Richards of FL, Rosie Pennio of Brockton, Linda Edwards of Bridgewater, David Richards of Abington, Kathy Ingemi of Weymouth, Frannie Johnson of FL, the late Kenneth Richards, and the late Leona Doucette. Also lovingly survived by 10 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10 at AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham. Bill was owner of the Queen Anne Getty Station in Hingham for 20 years. Recently, he worked as the pro shop manager for the South Shore Country Club in Hingham. A veteren of the U.S. Army, he served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborn. He was a member and past president of the Hingham Rotary Club, and a member of the Pembroke Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed and cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren. Donations in Bill’s memory may be made to Wellspring Multi Service Center, 814 Nantasket Ave., Hull, MA 02045.
