Cotter, William A. Jr. Esq. of Boston and Hull March 8, 2008. Beloved husband of Sheila (McCaffrey) Cotter of Boston and Hull, Devoted father of William A. Cotter III, and his wife Susan of Hong Kong, Edward M. and his wife Jill of CT, brother of the late Mary Abbott, loving Grandfather of 4 grandchildren Ryan,Liam and Kelly Cotter of Hong Kong and Nathaniel Cotter of CT, and one expected grandchild. Mr. Cotter was born in Woburn and grew up in Hull. He was a graduate of Hingham High School, Boston University and Boston College Law School. Bill was employed by Peabody & Arnold Law Firm in Boston for the past 12 years and Parker, Coulter, Daley & White for 38 years. He enjoyed winters in Boston on Beacon Hill and spending the summers in Hull for the past 30 years. Bill had a passion for sailing and enjoyed sailing his sailboat when ever he had time. He was a member of both Hingham and Hull Yacht Clubs. He will be missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Hull at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4- 8 PM. Burial services are private.
